The Society introduces individual member accounts
Members may now view and correct their own record, obtain their certificate at any hour and determine for themselves what correspondence the Society sends them.

Membership moves to an annual subscription
A single payment could maintain a register of names. It could not maintain the groups, the workshops and the certificates that membership now carries.
