Announces the nine winners of the 2nd WSSET Innovation Awards presented at SET2017 in Bologna, which drew 230 delegates from over 30 countries, and carries articles on each winning entry including a decentralised bio-and-thermal waste conversion system for megacities, a PV/T space heating and hot water system, eco-aerogel materials, a solar assisted heat pump desalination unit, the FREECOOL passive ventilation system and a heat pump booster for waste heat recovery.
